Refund Policy
To submit a refund request, please contact our sales department using the form below. It's OK, we're very reasonable and here to help.
Any and all downloadable content — Unit, Review, Review Book or Basics — you purchase from the E.H. Howard Bookstore are eligible for return. To do so we need to receive your refund request within seven days of the date of purchase.
In most cases we will issue you a store credit.
Return of content for no reason
You can do this within seven (7) days of purchase. We’ll issue a store credit or refund.
Return of content for a valid reason
Reach out to us within seven (7) days describing in as much detail the reason for the return.
We take a commonsense approach to refund requests. What constitutes a "valid reason" can change over time, along with changes in technology, and will be determined entirely at our discretion based on the circumstances. No correspondence will be entered into regarding such determination. "I didn't enjoy the book" is not a valid reason.
"The ebook didn't meet my expectations" can be a valid reason for refund in very specific cases. Reach out to us as soon as possible. We will reach out and discuss with the situation and what we can do to solve the issue.
On every product page on our website the content you're buying is fully described.

The description displayed on each product page constitutes our entire representation as to that product's characteristics and functionality.
Technology changes over time. Because changes in technology are outside of our control (for example, because you bought a new device that does not support our file formats, or because the manufacturer's firmware upgrade renders the content unusable on that particular device), you are not entitled to a refund.
Every item offered for sale in the bookstore is a pdf that can be read on any device that has a web browser or a pdf reader.
Non-Technical Problems
There's a variety of real-world issues that can trigger a refund. Just contact our support team and they'll be glad to help.
Abuse
These rules are really only designed to prevent abuse, which sometimes happens. We are reasonable and are keen to help reasonable people who act reasonably.
We monitor returns and refund requests in order to prevent abuse. The ability to buy more items from bookstore will be withdrawn if, in our sole judgment, we have reasonable grounds to believe the user is abusing the system.
Re-Downloading
If an item becomes corrupted or requires replacement during the normal course of use, reach out to the sales department and we can send you working version.
